Services We Provide
Each
person cared for by Hospice of Eastern Maine benefits
from the collaborative teamwork of a group of highly qualified professionals,
including physicians, nurses, social workers, clergy, dietitians,
and specially trained volunteers who understand terminal illness,
its treatment and the needs of someone in the process of dying. The
team, including the patient and patient's family, works in cooperation
with the patient's primary care physician to develop and monitor
an effective care plan.
